Public school funds of Colorado

The following abstract is taken from the introductory paragraph of the thesis. "As our population increases, we are constantly in need of new school buildings, not only to take care of this increase in population, but also to replace the old buildings that have become antiquated and unsafe. In order to enlarge our building program and properly equip the new school buildings we must employ more teachers, more janitors, and meet all the other expenses. This of course necessitates that we devise means for raising more money."
