The North American Gladiolus Council dedicated the International Gladiolus Hall of Fame in the James A. Michener Library at the University of Northern Colorado in 1980. It is a repository for gladiolus literature from throughout the world and honors both outstanding gladiolus varieties and persons who have notably contributed to gladiolus culture.
