The tape holding the slide together is in good shape. Three labels are affixed to the slide. Printed on one label is "NEGATIVE No. | THE H.D.SMITH PHOTO CO. DENVER, COLO." with "The Green House." handwritten beneath it. Handwritten on another label is "1270". Printed in blue ink on one label is "599".
